At Busy Bees Toddler and Infant Care, we discover, play, explore and learn in new ways, every day. We believe that Children learn by doing, playing and making. This is why we do not have a TV in our Center. We are busy all day, Learning through play. We dance it out, we run outside, we love to read, we plant gardens and we love to paint and create.

Our Mission is to provide quality childcare for our community, while using a hands on, child led, learning approach. We believe that children learn best when they are allowed to put their hands in it and figure it out, with guidance and help when needed. We follow a Montessori themed approach and try to incorporate the Montessori Method in our every day activities. We welcome any parent that wants to see what we are about to come and hang out for a bit, we love having company.

We are a proud no screen time center, we don't have a TV anywhere in the center. We are here to play and learn and grow, so that is what we do. If you come to visit, it may be loud because we are being kids, playing and learning.

We potty train! We will encourage and support you and your child during this process and we do not require kids to be potty trained to start Preschool. Every child is different and we get that.
We are a Licensed Large Center. We accept ages 0-5, or when a child enters Kindergarten. We accept Drop in Care as well.
We offer Summer care for Children to age 10, limited spots available.

We have Cameras in every room, and they are monitored throughout the day.

Sensory Room with Calming Space for kiddos who may feel overwhelmed or overstimulated.
​
Staff takes 20 hours of Early Childhood Training, yearly. We are also training in helping children with ASD and we have teachers that work one on one with our ASD friends.

Full Time,
4 or more days a week
Infant to age Two, $850 per month
Age Two to Preschool, $775 per month
Preschool (Potty Trained) $650 per month
Preschool (In Pull Ups or Not Potty Trained) $750 per month
Part Time,
1-2 days a week $450 per month
3 days a week, $650 per month

All meals, snacks and drinks are included in Tuition.
All Meals and Snacks are prepared daily by Ms. Katie or Ms. Stephanie. We strive to use only the freshest ingredients and serve fresh fruits and veggies with every meal. You can rest easy knowing that your child is receiving a healthy, balanced meal that is free from processed foods and harmful dyes, chemicals and preservatives.
Preschool only
Monday - Thursday 8:00am-12:00pm
$100 weekly (Must be picked up by 12:00)
Tuition includes lunch and AM Snack for all Preschoolers.
We utilize a free to you, Parent App that allows you to stay connected to us and your child while you are away.
Each family receives 7 unpaid Calendar days a year to utilize for vacation.
We are licensed through the State of Idaho and accept ICCP Families.
Everyone at the Center is Background Checked and CPR and First aid certified.
If there is ever an incident at our center, all parents will be notified and kept in the loop. We are a transparent center who believes the parent has the right to know important things and we have a responsibility to keep you informed at all times.
Toddler Room

Our Toddler room is led by Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Tori, and Ms. Brelyn. We will focus on hands on play, exploring the world around us and working an age-appropriate curriculum. Children in this age group are exploring their world and putting their hands on everything. Learning through play, we will provide an amazing experience for our littlest learners.
Preschool
Ms. Liz, Ms. Mes, and Ms. Nevaeh
Our Preschool Program is a hands on, play-based program. Our teachers follow a Play Curriculum and it is a 2 year program. Children are moved up as they're ready instead of at age 4. This has allowed for us to teach them so much and they love every second of it. We have no boring days at Busy Bees. We do not have a TV in our center so screen time is replaced with hands on learning and playing.
Our Center
Our Center is amazing, the staff and the kids make it a great place to spend our days. We are located in Fruitland on an acre and surrounded by animals and things to explore. We spend a lot of time outside when the weather permits it. We are located in Ms. Stephanies home. We have three classrooms, Toddlers, Infants and Preschool. The home is large and approximately 2000 square feet of the home is dedicated to the daycare only. This means we have plenty of room to play and explore. On the property we have Chickens, Ducks, Cats and a doggo. The Dog is very friendly and loves to lick everyone. Just because dogs can be unpredictable with children, he will NOT be around the kids during daycare hours.

We are very proud of our infant room. Our teachers are truly the best and we keep it small so every baby can have one on one time. We do lots of tummy time and fine motor activities with the babies. We have no screen time in the baby room, so the teachers are always engaging with and interacting with them.

We are Moving!
We are moving the center back to Fruitland and back to Ms. Stephanie's home. The new location will open on November 4th and is located at 2284 NE 16th St.

I am a mom of 3, and I have a history in both Childcare and in the medical field. I mostly spend my days with the Toddlers and big kids, and I love it. I also get lots of time in, snuggling the babies. I love what we are doing at Busy Bees. Our kids faces every day let me know that they love it too. We have the best days.

Ms. Tori
Head Teacher
Ms. Tori has worked in every class we have. She makes it a point to get to know each child and form a connection with them. She is patient and she is kind. She is a friendly face that everyone knows here at Busy Bees.
Ms. Mes
Cook, Preschool and Infants
Ms. Mes does it all. She cooks, she subs in Infants and in Preschool and she works a second full time Job. She is amazing and we are so grateful that she is a part of the Busy Bees family. Mes has worked in Childcare for many years now and she is amazing at what she does. When she is not working, she is busy being a mom to two pretty awesome kiddos.
Ms. Mindy
Infant and Toddler rooms
Ms. Mindy is amazing. She is Patient and soft spoken and loves loving on the babies. Ms. Mindy has a degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked across Idaho in both public schools and in daycare. We are happy she is here and we know the babies are happy too.

Preschool Teacher
Ms. Liz is full of energy and excitment. It is never boring in her classroom. Ms. Liz has worked in Early Childhood Education for 4 years and has done it all. When she came to Busy Bees, she started in our 2s class and she has moved to Preschool. She is a great addition to the Busy Bees Family.

Ms. Brelyn
Toddler/Infants
If your kiddo is in Ms. Brelyns class, your child will receive the best care. She is fun and caring and so gentle with the babies. She often can be found in Preschool or with a baby in the Tula taking silly selfies. Bre is a fun addition to our Busy Bees Family.
Mr. Adam
Maintenance
Mr. Adam is Ms. Stephanie's husband of 20 years. You will see him doing jobs around the center from time to time, and you will see him out and about on the property. He will also likely be outside helping to supervise during recess. Mr. Adam is fully background checked and CPR Certified just like our staff.
Ms. Nevaeh
Preschool Assistant
Ms. Nevaeh is pretty great. She is able to cover in each classroom and she does it without questions. She loves the babies and she plays with the preschoolers. We are lucky that she has decided to be a part of the Busy Bees Family.

I absolutely love Busy Bees. Stephanie, Paige and staff go above and beyond in caring for my daughter and all her daycare ‘friends’ 😀. I know its not just for him, but the sensory room made me cry. I was terrified for years to put any of my kids in daycare because I didn't think anyone would care enough to take care of them and you have made those concerns non existent over and over. I really can't put it into words well enough.

I'm a very anxious mother but Busy Bees has done a great job at easing my mind and I know my son is well cared for there. They have cameras all through the daycare and use an app where you will recieve updates on your child's activities such as eating, sleeping, diaper changes and fun pictures of your little one. They are very responsive in replying to your messages and anytime I have had any questions or concerns Katie and Stephanie has been great about addressing them. The Daycare is a little spendy but the price is well worth it. I love the well balanced meals, lack of electronics and all the hands on activities they do with the kids. I would highly recommend this Daycare to anyone that is looking for a fun and safe spot for your kiddo.

I can't recommend this place enough. Every person here is great. Stephanie has been a rock and a confidante in times when I thought I was failing. ( we all have those days). She has made my daughter blossom and taught me and my children so much. if you want a place that values communication and teaches values then this is the place for you.
My son went here for a year and we had to find a place closer to home so he’s no longer attending, but we miss them dearly!
We received constant updates on diaper changes, meals, nap times, and even received pictures of their activities! We always knew what he did that day and felt relieved knowing he was safe and loved.
